1. Cooling off period
Consumers located in Japan may withdraw from distance contracts within fourteen days of purchase unless services began with their express request before the period ended.
2. Eligibility
Refund requests must include enrollment confirmation and reason codes so we can improve curriculum quality.
3. Partial refunds
If more than thirty percent of live sessions were delivered, we may offer partial credit toward a future cohort instead of cash refunds, consistent with applicable law.
4. Non-refundable items
Downloadable templates after unlock, third-party tool licenses, or expedited coaching purchased as add-ons are generally non-refundable once delivered.
5. Process
Email studio@devnetworkstream.one with your cohort name and order reference. We respond within five business days with next steps.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days; posting times depend on your card issuer or bank partner.
7. Exceptions
No refunds for removals due to code of conduct violations. Force majeure reschedules do not automatically trigger refunds but may receive credits.
