1. Agreement

By accessing training materials from DevNetwork Stream you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not register for cohorts or download resources.

2. Services described

We provide professional training on interview planning, synthesis, and messaging workflows. Deliverables are educational; client teams remain responsible for how insights are used in market.

3. Accounts and eligibility

Participants must provide accurate company details. We may refuse service when conflicts of interest emerge between cohort members.

4. Intellectual property

Curriculum, templates, and recordings remain owned by DevNetwork Stream unless a separate written license states otherwise. You may reuse frameworks internally but may not resell them as competing training.

5. Conduct

Harassment, recording without consent, or sharing confidential cohort stories publicly will result in removal without refund beyond statutory rights.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted in Japan, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or campaign outcomes arising from application of our methods.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Tokyo shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with notice via email and by changing the last updated date. Continued attendance after notice constitutes acceptance.
